The CV Axles are easy to do at the same time since you'll have to release them from the hub anyway by unscrewing the retaining nut to do the ball joints. They should just slide right out.


You'll need an air compressor and air chisel to remove the ball joints. They are riveted to the control arms and you need to grind the rivet heads off to remove them.
