I like KIA Sorento. Because this car look elegance. And the good mechanical. Below review about KIA Sorento from www.leftlanenews.com! The all-new Sorento is a bit larger than the outgoing model -- and gains a third-row seat -- as it moves to Hyundai's Santa Fe unibody platform.

Powertrain-wise, the new Sorento offers two engines, one of which takes a more fuel efficient route thanks to Hyundai's new Theta II 2.4-liter four-cylinder motor, generating 175 horsepower and 169 lb-ft of torque. The fuel-efficient engine option is good for 20 city, 27 highway mpg with the manual transmission, and 21 city, 29 highway with the automatic -- both in two-wheel drive trim. Switching to four-wheel drive eliminates the manual transmission, and returns 21 city, 27 highway mpg.

A V6 model is also available, using a 3.5-liter V6 good for 276 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque. The V6 comes with the automatic transmission only, and returns 20 city, 26 highway in two-wheel drive, and 19 city, 25 highway with four-wheel drive. Both models drop the previous model's five-speed transmission in favor of a new six-speed automatic which is also found in the Veracruz.

A 2.0-liter diesel will also be available for European consumers.

The latest generation of the Sorento will build off of the previous Sorento's tough looking exterior, but will add crisper lines and an overall more modern look. Up front, the Sorento wears Kia's new signature grille surround, flanked by attractive, new-look headlights. Around back, integrated dual exhaust outlets give the Sorento an up-scale look.

An impressive array of standard technology features found on all Sorento models includes an AM/FM/CD/MP3 audio system with SIRIUS Satellite Radio capabilities, auxiliary and USB audio input jacks for connecting personal MP3 players, and Bluetooth connectivity with steering wheel-mounted voice activation controls, with the SX trim level also coming standard with an Infinity Audio surround sound system with 10 speakers.

The two-wheel-drive variant offers lower weight and enhanced fuel economy, while the all-wheel-drive edition is targeted for buyers who live snowy climates, tow trailers or go off-road.

The 3.5-lier V6 engine can be mated to either front- or all-wheel-drive configurations, the latter coming with a locking center differential to evenly distribute power to all wheels while operating the vehicle at low speeds during more severe weather conditions. Drivers also will benefit from a standard Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist (HAS) and Downhill Brake Control (DBC) -- offered on all Sorento trims.

As with other Kias, buyers get an industry-leading 10-year / 100,000-mile warranty.
